Tracking your stolen vehicle
If you report your vehicle as stolen, it can be traced to its last known location with the GPS vehicle tracking in your Telematics Smart Box. Our Data Processors will work with the police to help recover your vehicle.
Three simple steps if your vehicle’s stolen
- Report the theft to the police and get a crime reference number
- Call the Operating Centre – log on to your dashboard to obtain the number (lines open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and confirm the Police Incident Number.
- Contact My Policy or your insurers to report the claim
If your vehicle’s damaged or can’t be traced?
You can call your insurer and they’ll sort out your claim.
